Pure Concepts was created in the summer of 2000 as a side job for the skills I possessed in web-development. Recently, our name has spread from work brought in after the recent close of my previous employer, Win.Net's Web-Dev Department. So by necessity, it has now grown from an individual hobby to a full-time startup company. Our targeted clients now moved to small and large businesses alike.
